Unhappy 21 and rapidly losing hair

So I know thin hair/balding is on my moms side and nobody has hair in that family. I'm only 21 and recently these last few weeks I notices I've lost a ton of hair. I've used and tried so many different thickening shampoos, conditions, and used Nixon for a while. I first noticed I had a bald spot on my crown at 19. I've been taking 10000mg of biotin everyday, fish oil, etc. But like I said, I've noticed its gotten worse. Few weeks ago I shaved my head with a razor for the first time. My mom usually cuts it with scissors so I'm not sure if that made it look fuller before but its starting to grow back and looks terrible. Anyone have an idea? Also, I workout a lot, still a bit overweight on the stomach area and chest, and I have anxiety. My alcohol intake has also gone up since I turned 21 recently. Thanks for the help

Also Ive been taking cortisone shots from my derma for old acne scars/cysts every month for the last 6 or so. Could this be a cause?

Appears to be good ol fashioned MPB. If you really want to save your hair, then you need to get on a real hair loss treatment.
