I was at the gym again, this time just trying not to look at anyone so I wouldn't know if they were staring or not. But I caught this woman staring at this guy with his shirt off. This guy literally had visible 6(maybe 8) pack abs, and no body hair. I couldn't help but stare too, out of admiration. I swear these women were drooling over this guy's body. I noticed they could not take their eyes off his body.


So, what Chris Jones says, it makes sense:

Yeah women like a trained body. Actually, I don't even think you have to be super ripped for women to be attracted to ones body. If your stamina is good and you get to your right bodyweight, it's already going to be a plus.

Good thing that you're hitting the gym man, keep it up! Are you following a diet too? I'd recommend it, eating healthy + working out makes me feel so much better than just sitting on the couch being lazy and eating junk food.

Eating right and staying in shape is definitely the way to go. I look and feel better than I ever have this year. A six pack can be a lot of work, but it's a good goal and it will help keep you motivated.

Guy was decent looking, and taller than me for sure, 5'10 i think. The women literally couldnt get their eyes off his body. It's like they were getting wet just looking.
