Good morning,

Got my copy of the bald truth last night and it led me to some questions. Spencer mentions some herbal remedies including saw palmetto, pygeum, stinging nettle, zinc and ho shou wu. He does a great job of explaining what they are and the correct form to buy. I'm currently on fin (1month) and was just wondering if I should be taking all these other things as well? Just a couple of them? Even if some people don't think they work could it hurt to try? Thanks for any advice.
