RU seized at UK border

I have had 5g of RU from Kane seized by the UK border Agency, the letter they sent says they were seized subject to a false declaration as they were described as "Hydroxyoropyl Starch"

It says if I want to claim I have to send a notice of claim, which im willing to do but it says the next step is magistrates court, unfortunately because of my job I have to disclose any court proceedings criminal or civil!

Any ideas what to do? ill be so annoyed if iv wasted my money

Serious? It's not illegal and it is for personal use, mine got stopped when I ordered from him and I had no issues with them as I'm from the UK aswell......
