So its been said that nettle root extract is supposed to aid healing post-op. I went to the store that would sell those things and she had never heard of it, but she had nettle extract, is that different from nettle root extract or just different names?
I bought a bottle and I guess you're supposed to drink it. But how does one go about it for this specific purpose? Just drink it like it says on the bottle, or rub it on the recipient area?
