HYG-440, a carboxylic acid ester of hydroxyflutamide, is a synthetic, non-steroidal compound and represents one of four structural classes of topical anti-androgenic compounds in the RestorGenex portfolio.
Funny.. Another one.. Just like RU58841, flutamide, enzulatamide, biculatamide they are all derived from a parent compound with a phenyl group with both a trimethyl and either a cyano- or nitro- group attached to the adjacent carbon. This allows them to bind to the androgen receptor.

Interestingly this company also has a topical estrogen without apparent side effects, that is interesting imo.
