Daily itching and shedding!! - 8 months on fin!

Hi guys. Ive been on fin now for 8 months in total (5 months propecia, 3 months finpecia). I have not seen any positive results yet but my head itches on a daily basis and each time I scratch good hairs fall out. This did not happen before fin. Please share any ideas as to what may be causing this?? Could it be weightlifting, hair products, stress or any other possible causes? Or simply just male pattern baldness beating the effects of finasteride..
