Does Finasteride Halt diffuse thinning on sides, temples and sideburns?

Is it worth hopping on Propecia/Finasteride if someone has diffuse thinning on supposedly "DHT-immune", "donor zones" such as the sides of head, temples and sideburns while still being a NW 2?

I've heard conflicting reviews regarding this phenomena where some people said that finasteride halted their hair loss overall/in all parts of scalp, while others claimed finasteride CAUSED these areas (specifically the sides, sideburns, temples) to thin even more.


What has been your experience on fin regarding these parts of the scalp?

Looking at your other thread you have more hair than anyone I know. Stop worrying. Give it another year to see.
