Angles of hair

Hey guys,
I got a question to those who did HST, are you guys satisfied with the angle of the transplanted hair? Did HASCI took your original hair angle under consideration and implanted the new grafts with the same angle? Or does the transplanted hair just spike up?
Also let's say you are not satisfied with the angle of the transplanted hair, is there anything you can do to fix this like transplanting more hair with the right angle (over the ones which were transplanted with the wrong angle) or would that make it look even worse?
