Not exactly 39 months. From my understanding ~24 months for the Replicel trial. There is not a whole lot of info out there about the Shiseido-trial. Call me crazy, but this time I think we might get lucky

If you watch Replicel's recent presentation at the Stem Cell meeting, their CEO says Shisheo will do their series of clinical trails (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GS3MEz7BglM, at 0:54), and later he says they have to determine the right dose (12:23) (but they will share data with the phase II trail in Germany). So we still have to wait a while.

Do you think Replicel will be good for people after hair transplant?

Yes. why should it not? I believe that most of the small vellus hair you see under bright light will grow terminal or at least a good amount of them.
And its not about Replicel guys. its about Shiseido. billion dollar company vs. a small canadian research team + some CEOs or whatever...

Someone on this thread said that the new laws in japan lets companies sell their products to consumers during Phase II clinical trails

Alright so lets say theoretically, Shisedo gets really phenomenal results during its phase II trails over the next 24 months.

Could we get access to this treatment within the next 24 months?

Who said Shiseidos trial will last 24 months? The new law says, that a product can go to market after the safety is shown during phase 2 trial, since the safety was shown by Replicel after 6 months, it maybe 6 months. If they think, people are willing to spend money after "beta-version" they will provide it and why shouldnt they. I imagine sdsurfin will join the conversation with a 27line long answer about rainbows and unicorns.

Sorry I must have misread. Thanks for the correction

Yeah its hard to keep up with all this stuff. I mainly concentrate on Replicel/Shiseido, cause its the only thing I believe in.
So would I my friend, and so would a whole lot more guys, because of that I am optimistic...A product with which humanity can kind of play god, improve self portrayment and make a lot of cash...
