Am I Going Bald?

See attached photos. Some of the photos show how I actually 'wear' my hair to cover the receding hairline. But in the other photos I've pulled the hair back to show it.

My hair has definitely become finer over the past few years but I've asked my dermatologist and he says there's no signs of thinning on the crown.

I'm just wondering if you can tell by the photos if this is early stage MPB and how effective treatment would be at this point. Is there a good transparent resource to learn about my options?

you may have some slight recession, emphasis on slight. an untrained eye wouldn't even notice. you know your body better than anyone, so if you think changes are taking place, see a professional. your hair looks great by the way.
