I almost paid $78 for Finasteride 1mg 30ct at CVS.... Then checked with Target...... Is this legit sh!t?

At a brick and mortar store why wouldnt it be? Finasteride has been generic for a long time I mean its 20 years old I would hope the price would come down eventually
