    So,im starting using Nizoral

I never used any specific shampoo but since i'm quite scared to lose my hair from my sides what do you guys think of Nizoral? Is it too aggressive or what?

I have still dandruff and dead skin shedding even if i had a transplant - i found it like a bad joke but do you know if there is something natural or at least less aggressive than this drug?

Less aggressive? Nizoral is one of the most basic and least aggressive things you could first try. If nature has it written your going bald I hate to break the news that niz probably isnt stopping it

        well ok

fact is i am somehow bald.
i did a transplant (2800ish written on paper, way less on my head i think) and i still have dandruff/pimples on the sides.
i'm a little bit pissed off about it because i need hair from my sides (ie. another transplant) and i don't want them to be less because of dandruff or pimples

Dude, the pimples with hair coming out... That sounds like it could Folliculitis. Ask your doctor about it and check it out.

The Nizoral should actually be good for the symptoms you're describing - just don't over-use it, otherwise it will dry out your scalp. Use it no more than twice a week, and use alongside a good conditioner. Or get an oil treatment to deeply moisturise your scalp.

          Hope that helps
