He claims to have stopped his own hairloss at age 19 by changing his diet.
Has anyone tried this?

No. He's a scammer who's never had any hair loss by the way.
He's never showed any before/after pictures.
Male pattern baldness is 100% genetic and diet has not influence on this disease.
Stay away from hair loss "gurus" like him.
