        Good stuff but I'm not optimistic about Histogen being able to commercialise HSC.

          According to the website, they're gonna be streaming the presentations! I know I'll be listening instead of working. http://stemcellmeetingonthemesa.com/webcast./

              Comparing that to Aderans and all the other pathetic biotechs that have failed miserably over the years, 2 years is pretty amazing.

                But Shiseido was delayed for first half 2015... Not sure what they are waiting on. They have the money and the facilities. I noticed in the presentation they have TBD for the Japan trails instead of phase numbers. Not sure what that means.

                    TBD = To Be Determined?

                        seems like all we are getting is delays. but if shieshido took advantage of the regenerative medicine law, they still could commercialize the product before finishing the trials.
                        anything on histogen?

                          actually accroding to hailoss cure 2020 site the trials will be 1 year long. and in the presentation summary their Primary commercial endpoint is efficacy at 52 weeks after final injection. which mean that some data will be obtained from the patients (Group 1) that will receive only one injection of a higher dose.

                            That is really disappointing. I would have thought that shiseido would have wanted to start and finish the trials asap. Is their indecisiveness a sign of a lack of effectiveness?
                            If a treatment is significantly effective then I can't really understand a company not acting with more urgency.

                              That is the typical meaning, yes. My assumption is that they don't know what phase trial it will be (Phase 1, 2, or 3). Maybe it is still being worked out with the Japanese regulators. I did not watch the presentation but below are the slides.

                              Again slides state data in 2016. We have another year of waiting...
