Generic Proscar - UK?

Dr Edgar is very helpful on all accounts and what is good is he is contactable easily and very well informed on finasteride, unlike many GP's who will not even consider prescribing the drug as never even heard of it and have to refer to a handbook on questioning them.

To my knowledge Dr Ashcroft doesnt prescribe privately anymore and i believe the cost (£80-£100 ) will have most definitely been for generic 5mg finasteride tablets not branded Proscar.

The cost of the medication is similar to physically buy i believe however the cost of a 'private prescription' varies from dr to dr as with all private medical consultations.

- No, it was generic stuff but UK approved. But as I say, the supply from that source seems to have dried up now unfortunately.

Thanks! Yeah, it was definitely generic stuff but as it was UK approved, I was happy enough with that. I get confused with the names

Spex, thanks for making me aware of Dr Edgar, he really is great. Reassuring to know that a doctor in the UK will prescribe fin for hair loss, as over the years it's been for me an uphill struggle to find new doctors to prescribe it for me.

I use Dr Edgar too for my Proscar 5mg prescription. He is very professional and available to talk to also which I found of great comfort. I got my last order through within 3 days of ordering too. I highly recommend him.
