3,5 months on 0.5mg Propecia, worried...

Hi there, I'm 25 years old and I've been using Propecia every day now for 3,5 months at half dosage (0.5mg) along with rogaine which I started using over a year ago.

It was really early this year that I started noticing the pretty heavy shedding that comes along with traditional MPB so I think I've intervened just at the right time.

After 3.5 months of Propecia I'm starting to worry that after every shower I still get about 10-20+ hairs on my hands/towel.

The worrying thing is also that it seems they are only shedding from the actual balding areas so it's not an all-around Propecia shed (sides and back of head don't shed at all).

Is it normal to still be shedding this far into Propecia? I read that 0.5mg of Propecia has about 80% of the effectiveness of the full pill and as I had some side-effects from the full dose I decided it was a better move (Saves a lot of money too)

Just looking for some advice on what to do, stick it out longer with the same dose? Start upping it?

Same exact thing happening to me. I'm on 1mg fin a day with minox twice a day. Been shedding since mid April been on my regimen since mid June. Still shedding. What I am noticing is some new small hairs on my hair line. But alas, still diffuse shedding all over.

This is worrying Seems like we've been on Propecia for about the same amount of time, but I haven't noticed any new hairs however.

Please keep my posted on any new developments!
