Need opinion about my hair loss (Pictures)

Hello,
This is Arslan ahmad from Pakistan. I am 26 years old male.
My hair loss started at the age of 18. It was so devastating for me. I never even think about going bald.

But now i have to face the situation and need to be come out from it.

I have attached the picture of my Hairs wet with oil. Please kindly check and give me your opinion should i go for hair transplant or not ?
I used minoxin 5 % solution for first 2 years but no result. Dont want to use propecia due to its side effects.

I have good donor area.Hairs become too thick on sides and back when raise long.

Your too young for a transplant. Honestly try fin and take it slow so you wont get hit hard with side effects. After a while those side effects will go away.

when i start the treatment at the age of 18 years my Dr recommend me Minoxidil 5%
and Fin.

I used Fin for 4 week , Its decrease my sexual desire/libido and decrease volume of semen. So i stop the Fin and continue Minoxidil 5%.
First 6 years of balding process make me too stressed. Too many hairs on pillow in the morning.Please suggest me when should i go for hair transplant ?? Do HT have any long term side effects in term of disease ?
