Using Fin at 20 y/o .. Any affect on further development

Will fin (low dht) have any effect on the development of my body (muscle, height, penis growth) or face structure (jaw, beard etc)

Or am i over the age in which it would have an effect or does it not have any effect.

I started Fin at young age (21) and didnt have much facial hair. Now when I am 36 years old I have the same amount of facial hair as i had back then. I think this is because of using Propecia.

Been on Propecia for 1 year and a couple of months, gained a lot more hair on my arms,body face and head it's almost to the point where I have to start shaving my body a bit. Started when I was 20.
