Is it safe to apply RU straight after showering?

Hi all,

I'm about to begin using RU in Neogenic. The 'complete RU58841 usage guide' recommends that you apply RU straight after showering as sebum levels on the scalp are minimal at this point.

In principle, I agree with this. The fact that I haven't managed to get ideal results by applying RU in KB solution many hours after showering and using minox supports this idea. However, is it really safe to apply RU so soon after washing your scalp? Penetration will be optimal, but surely there is a chance of systemic absorption? Didn't someone claim that this could lead to heart issues?

Also, as somebody that already uses 100mg of RU in 1.5ml KB solution ED, should I continue to use 100mg in Neogenic or reduce the dose to 20-50mg?
