Flying out vs. doing it local? + a few more questions.

Hi there, hoping to get a response here. Has anyone flown out of country to get a transplant(i.e Canada or USA to Europe)? What was the experience like?

2. How long until you would go back to work or see your friends again without a hat?

3. My hairstyle now looks much better than when shaved down, how much do I have to shave down before the surgery? does it have to be a 1 grade or can I go in with a little more(i.e half inch etc.) I dont want to leave with longer hair and come back with a razor blade shaved head, it would be very suspicious.

4. Why is there such a discrepancy in price between good doctors? No i'm not talking about Garbage guys vs. guys like Rahal, but legitimate doctors like Rahal charging 6-8$ per vs. Dr De Reys charging 2-3$(US) per graft? Is there a reason for this difference? Is it just a bigger reputation?

Just wanted to add some pictures of me, yes I am young and plan to have it after I turn 23 in about 4 months. I am a diffuse thinner however I have been taking propecia for 2 years which has significantly slowed the loss down(90% the same as it was back then). I also may consider adding DUT 1-2 times a week as i've heard that further helps to stop or slow the loss if necessary.

These are from about a year ago, but my hair is only slightly thinner since then so didnt bother taking new pics.

Any guess on how many grafts I would need? I dont want to have a perfect hairline again, just a realistic slightly receded hairline+more density throughout! I dont care to have perfect hair, Just dont want to end up as a bald guy, I saw my brother go through it(he's NW5) and yes hes very happy now, but age 22-25 he was quite depressed until he got lucky and found his future wife! I could sit around depressed until then or I could use a bit of money and get much happier now!(well soon haha)
