Why isnt there a foundation for awareness/donation towards alopecia?

cant find a place where one could donate to the research teams, for an alopecia treatment/cure?

man this is depressing, people who don't have alopecia could care less I guess, less competition for them (men).

I guess the problem would be, who would administer it? Roughly a quarter or more of all human beings will experience some form of hairloss, so who would get the money? Researchers for pharmaceutical companies? Middle-aged guys who can afford hair-systems, but don't want to pay for them?

I agree that it would be a very good idea, and it would be wonderful if people like you and I could feel we are contributing something rather than just lamenting. It would be a logistics problem, I think.
