How do I use topical fin?

I have just received my first bottle of topical fin from iron dragon but there are no instructions with it! It has come in a spray bottle

Do I apply it once or twice a day? Do I spray it straight into my hair and leave it or do I rub it in? Or do I spray it into my hand and rub it in from there?

Email them and ask them? What's the dosage? I used genahair stuff that was recommended 6 sprays morning and 6 night at 0.25mg.
