This young fellow had a surgical scar revision of a scar on his hairline by a local plastic surgeon. Unfortunately he still has a fairly obvious scarline. Although he has very fine asian hairs, I suggested FUE into the scar rather than another attempt at scar revision. Shown are day of surgery and 1 week pictures. I've asked him to come on and post as well and to come for pictures in a few months. As always, placing hair into scar is less of a sure thing than placing hair into virgin scalp...but in his case, I believe it has the best chance of success with the least chance of more visible scarring.
