Propecia to Finpecia??

Hi guys. After being on propecia for 5 months im considering switching to finpecia bought from a legitimate pharmacy. This is because propecia is just way to expensive in South Africa. Are effects of these two products ANY different in any way? Has anyone made the switch and been successful?
