Apparently, women start to like guys after that. In fact, from I've been reading, women will just keeping following the guy afterwards.

Also, I read that dressing really nice (I MEAN STRAIGHT UP PIMP OR EXPENSIVE CLOTHING) helps a LOT!

Well posting on a forum about being a failure isn't helping things is it? I started losing my hair at 15 too by the way, but I'm doing my best to cope and work with what I have. Oh, and randomly touching women "everywhere" is going to get you a restraining order, not their numbers.

By everywhere, I meant all places like malls, grocery stores, etc.
Maybe it got interpreted as touching on all body parts...I just mean shoulders, arms, back...

Pick up Artist pua is a bigger scam than the hair loss industry don't waste your time in what they say, think about it logically maybe if you know the person touch them but if there a stranger don't start feeling them, you might get locked up for sexual harassment lol.
