Where exactly does Cosmo state they used hydroelectrophoresis?

It seems people here believe in there proof of concept alopecia trial Cosmo used hydroeletrophoresis. A guy named Mari0s stated that here and it seems most took it as truth. I've poured over Cosmo 2010 statements where Mari0s said Cosmo stated they used hydroelectrophoresis and not iontophoresis, yet all I've been able to find is them saying they used iontophoresis.

Can anyone post an actual link where COSMO states they used hydroeletrophoresis?
