What type of treatment would I benefit from?

Hi guys, I'm a 19 year old guy and my hair is receding. My hair is thin around the front and edges.

What type of hair loss do I have? The jargon is overwhelming and I've no idea where to start. Any help would be appreciated

If it continues to progress finasterade and nizoral shampoo are a good starting point. Finasterade can cause side effects but it's up to you to make that decision.

I don't think you need a hair transplant you have plenty of hair. I recently turned 26 and my hairline is way worse than yours. I went to a hair transplant surgeon to get a finasterade prescription. He told me he wouldn't give me a hair transplant. That I was too young.

26 is not young at all to go for a hair transplant, definitely have to use FIN for a bit before getting one though, silly not to try that first and stabalize it.

but I've seen numerous guys in the 22-24 range get transplants.

I'd agree with you alrite. There was a guy in my neighborhood went almost Norwood 6 by 19. I was just telling what the doctor said to me.
