Looks thin all over your head. The first thing I would do is get it checked out by a doctor, preferably one that knows about hair loss.

I snap this, but most doctors are idiots! Start researching into the BIG3.

ok guys i have an update ...

first of all i am soooooo confused ........... no one online or a doctor that have a sure answer for this

but today i have learned something...

-masterbathing more than 2-3 times / week can increase the DHT level which covers the root of my hair and after doing that for years it will cause my hair to fall out...

i usually masterbate 2-5 times/day !! ....and i have started doing that when i were 9-10....... maybe that is why !!

-i have realized that only my dad is bald ... all my grandparents have hair all over there head ..... that means its not genetic i guess

-also i have realized some of the drugs out there named " proporsia " or something like that .. is very effective but one of its side effect is to lose my erection completely . losing interest in the opposite sex , shrinking the balls ... and somethings people dont want to say it because its too embarrassing ............ ( maybe they will have feelings for guys or something .. ewww )

-so now .. the question is how to decrease the DHT level from scalp only............

    - how to increase the thickness of my hair because it looks a lot thinner right now !

*also know that .. i am not so rich .. i live in egypt and we earn around 150$/month here ... there is always a cheap medicine for every expensive one .. so tell me the name of the drug/formula *

    please answer me fast

OK, firstly masturbation cannot cause hair loss, it is usually caused by hair follicle sensitivity to DHT. Although you may have a case of it not being MPB, because if you're stressed and thinning all over, it might be TE or a thyroid problem. However it is still more likely to be MPB, but to be sure, find a doctor or dermatologist and get it checked IMO. The best thing you can do at the moment is to see a doctor who knows about hairloss, and think about starting treatment, i.e. The Big 3. The Big 3 consists of Propecia, Minoxidil and Nizoral shampoo. These are the most effective treatments for MPB, but you can try alternatives which are listed on this forum, or concealers or possibly even multivitamins for hair, skin and nails to help hair growth. I should point out that concealers and multivitamins are NOT treatments or solutions to MPB but might help aesthetically. The key thing is to get the appointment booked to try and see if it is MPB, and if it is start the Big 3 (propecia, minoxidil and nizoral). However there are ways of saving money on treatments. For example, instead of getting Propecia, you could try buying proscar, and splitting it. And instead of getting for example Rogaine minoxidil, you could try Kirklands minoxidil. But basically, get your hair evaluated to see if it's MPB, then have a look at treatments (this forum can be very useful for that), and you should hopefully be able to stop and maybe reverse the hairloss. Best of luck!

Sometimes you can get it from your dad. JesseHeisenberg47 has good advice.

In addition, be careful where you buy finasteride (Propecia). Online meds are an easy target for scam artists. More advice... eat healthy, get plenty of exercise, avoid cigarettes and sunburn. Coffee is good for your hair according to studies. Try not to stress about it. Stress contributes to hair loss.
