Any good hairloss products?

My hair started falling off when I was 25.
I used to play skate boarding under the strong sun but didn't really realize my hair scalp affected by sun.
If there are time machine,I want to go back early age of 10 and fix this
I'm not seriously really bald now but it seems like it's gonna happen in few years so really want to prevent hair loss
I really hate it and afraid of that.
What you guys use hairloss shampoo or product? Any suggestion?
