Starting off. Need advice on hairpieces

Hi,

I'm 27 and have been thinning for almost 8-9 years now. I tried an FUE hair transplant last year, but the results were very marginal. I feel that an hair piece is an only option now, but don't know where to start. I've been going through a lot of the posts, and some of the conflicting opinions have got me more confused than I was when I started the research.

Can somebody suggest:

2. As a first timer, do you think I should go with a established chain or try a local salon?

3. I have a travelling job, but mostly based in San Diego. Can anybody recommend any places in and around San Diego that do the best high quality job with hair replacements?
