23 years old and mother nature is taking it fast

Hello everybody, I didn't know where else to go. I'm 23 and it's going away fast. I started thinning in my teen's and now the top back part of my hair is nearly gone. very paper thin layer of hair covering it, and the top parts of my head are starting to patch. I don't know my biological father so i can't give information on whether he is bald are not. is this a discussion place that is safe from trolls?
