    Trichophytic Closure Repair

When our repair patient had his strip procedure with another doctor several years ago, he opted for the trichophytic closure. The hairs that did not grow through the scar continued to grow under the skin forming masses that needed to be removed. Fortunately, his hair is thick and easily covers the scarred areas. He looked great post-op.
