I'm currently trying to save up for a device, I'm pretty good friends with a veterinarian, and he said that he could get me a hydro4vet device that is very similar to what Cosmo used. It's not exactly cheap though, especially when you haven't even graduated high school. The vet uses one to administer medications to animals with skin diseases.
