A lack of Generic Propecia

I noticed that the patent for 1mg propecia expired in the UK last year. Does anyone know why there doesn't seem to be any generic 1mg finasteride available in the UK? I understand there is always 5mg proscar but it would be a lot easier if a 1mg version was available. Sure this would be a huge money spinner for a pharmaceutical company yet I haven't found any available despite searching long and hard.
