    Default Red dot on scalp.

    What is this red dot on my scalp :-?? its not acnee and does not hurt .

    It appears to be a cherry angioma. Not really a big deal, other than cosmetically. Tend to develop as we get older, more prevalent on fair skinned individuals.
    Some studies point to a heavy metal saturation, such as Bromine, so getting tested for that is an option. Possible deficiency in Iodine and Magnesium, but would need to have those levels checked by a professional before looking into supplementation.

    Oh thanks for the name I google it not big deal like you said ,can be removed.
    Well magnesium can't be I checked it in about 1 month and to be honest i don't think its any deficieny I eat healty lots of vegetables and fruits.

    I've got something that looks similar, although it resembles more of zit or folliculitis than anything. I'd have to thank Rogaine for that one, my scalp did not respond great with it. Also, where the red dot is for me is where corresponding itching and more hair loss occurs. I used to have about 3-4 of them, and now only one of them seems to be left, the others are healing I think. If yours are anything like mine, do not itch at it even if you feel strongly compelled to. They will multiply if you do.
