Unhappy Physiological efforts damaging implanted grafts?

I know it sounds like a joke, but 2 days after the FUE surgery I got constipated and I had to make great efforts on the toilet. I felt like a crunch on my scalp and I'm affraid that some grafts could have been damaged...How could I find it out? Thanks.
