Enterolactone reduces DHT

It has been know for some time that enterolactone is a plant lignan that has demonstrated inhibition of 5 alpha-reductase. These can be found in flax seeds and in supplement form.

A more recent study has found that higher enterolactone levels, found lower risk of colon cancer among women and higher risk of rectal cancer among men.
