Taurine

Hi,

I've read that taurine can be an effective hair loss treatment.

Personally, I'm highly sceptical, but I'm wondering if anyone else can offer some sort of insight.

I really don't think so. Just stick to proven treatments (e.g. finasteride, minoxidil) and you'll be fine, since most people effectively treat hair loss with those.

Thanks. That's pretty much what I thought.

In my post, I'd actually included a link to a site explaining research that's been done on taurine. But I see that, for some reason, the link has been removed.
