Default Is culturing DP cells the FINAL obstacle ?

We know that there's two different kinds of cells that are needed to make a hair follicle; one being epithelial cells and the other dermal papilla cells. Dr. Xu said he overcame one obstacle which was culturing epithelial cells, so my question is, let's say someone finds a way to culture DP cells while maintaining 100% inductivity, will that be it ? Will baldness be cured ? What do you guys think ?
