eh,I live in China and I don't believe this is true. It's too good and I haven't heard about this at all.
But the website has a link to its online shop in taobao(like Amazon in China) and there you can get one for 9.9 RMB(less than 2 dollars...). It's too cheap...There are some positive comments, which may be fake of course.
Well, I still don't believe it. But maybe someone would like to try it?

It claims that before you get new hair, you will lose a lot of hair in the first few days (like a hair transplant?). It also says a NW4+ will lose most of his hair first. Pretty crazy.
I am really worry about if this hair losing part is true but the regrowth part is not...
