Default Hair quality yearly or seasonal cycle?

Hey guys, now ofcourse, I'm balding. I'm still at NW2.5 ish and my loss was slow and steady but this month my hair has GONE TO SHIT. For no reason at all. Nothing has changed in my life that should cause all of this. Now last year I kinda remember my hair getting a bit worse at a similar time and then improving again a bit. Now of course I hope this is just a cycle or a shed or a bad season where then my hairline wont be as destroyed as it is now in a few months, but blind optimism only leads to disappointment. So I'm asking you guys. have you ever noticed your hair get really bad for a couple of months then improving later? I'm currently not on any medication for my hair, but in a week or two I will embark on the magical power of NDGA (Chapparral Extract) to try to combat my hair loss, but this quick deterioration happened all on its own. What are your thoughts?

I'm on Propecia and Minox and I usually notice my hair condition worsen around summer time. I get more shedding and the quality of my hair sucks in the heat. especially this year with this massive heatwave in the UK.

My hair gets thinner and thicker for no apparent reason throughout the year. We have a patient here at Dr. Cole's office who had an amazing result taking Avodart and having regular PRP treatments (1 per year). About 7 months ago, he had what he called a massive shed, where his hair thinned dramatically. Then for no apparent reason, his hair grew back and he's back to where he was.

That could be something he was eating causing a spike in DHT, I find hair oils reduce shedding, best one I use is mixture of everything divine herbal hair oil. The woman in India use hair oils daily they have such amazing thick long hair, woman here in the uk struggle to even grow their hair long.
