Body Hair Transplant - Bisanga or Umar

Hello everyone,
I am 27 yo and ive been balding since I was 17 or so. Had my first FUE back in 2006, second one in 2008 and since then I conceal whatever I can with Toppik. Currently a NW6. During the last 3 years I tried to go the hairpiece way -it didnt work out- and also considered the SMP way - didn't even make it to the salon, i find it difficult to accept the skinhead look.
So, since I don't think any "cure" is coming out any time soon, I decided to go the only way available for me now. You guessed it : BHT. My head donor is depleted because of the 2 FUEs so BHT is the only option. I have been exchanging emails with Dr. Umar and Dr. Bisanga. Dr Umar is willing to transplant 7500 grafts in a 5 day session (head, beard and body) and Dr Bisanga is willing to do a 4500 session utilizing the same donor areas.
I would kindly like to ask for your opinion guys. Any suggestions?
I believe from what Ive seen that Dr. Umar is more experienced in big sessions but he is in LA. On the other hand, Dr Bisanga is in Europe and hes only within a 2 hours driving distance to me.
I am confused and I want some help asap in order to book my dates.

(Needless to say I am going to document the whole procedure and progress for the forum)
