Need opinion please!

I need answers on whats wrong with my hair if anything. When I buzz my hair it looks like there's stripes or rows of skin/hair repeating. However when I let it grow my hair is super thick and wavy and covers my entire head with no gaps. I am not sure if it's always been this way and maybe now im paranoid since I'm getting older (25) Or another thought was maybe thats just how my hair parts like when u see people with corn rows.
