Full effect after transplant?

There was a recent post on here about having realistic expectations when getting a transplant. But I have seen the work online of a few doctors, like Erdogan and another Turkish surgeon, and they are really impressive. I wonder if someone who is a Norwood 6 could maybe achieve a full hairline and behind the hairline have gradually less hair, but enough to cover all of it with concealers as to achieve a full effect. Any thoughts?
