How to make RU58841 + KB Solution?

I am planning to order 10g of RU from Kane, and am wondering if I should order KB solution along with it.

What does 5% K&B mean?

Someone said
" The 5% K&B vehicle will carry 5% RU and probably no more, it's all that will dissolve, hence the name. "

is it right?



So 5% KB actually holds something closer to RU(45mg) per KB(1mL)??
