I waited a long time to have my transplant. Many reasons, and time went on its way. Here I am almost 66 years of age and I decide to contact a transplant specialist. Just as great fortune would preside, I found Dr. Frank. Dr. Frank performed my transplant on June 10, 2014. I had approximately 2500 grafts through donor site using strip harvesting method. Placement was performed via micro incisions. While it is early in the process, I am viewing good results. I am unable to express the great feeling I have upon seeing hair where it has been missing so long. There is a great psychological effect to this entire process. The effect is one that I did not fully appreciate until the procedure was completed. It is almost akin to a complete change in outlook. I only wish I could have had this great surgery at an early time.
