Actifolic now has topical finasteride, might try that too with RU58841. I think if you combat the androgens and the 5 alpha reductase enzym, you will experience like zero hair loss right? I am on TRT, so i guess i will have enough androgens for basic functions, right?

Was on TRT (enanthate) 200mg/week for 3 years, it definitely didn't do any favors for my hair. I was using Fin 1.25 mg 3x/week. 100% inhibition of 5 alpha reductase II would be hard to accomplish with topicals alone. the turnover of 5ARII enzymes must also be taken in to consideration

Any update? Is topical finasteride still efficient?
What % do you use? I'm on 0.25%
