Default FUT Transplant 2 days post-op

Hello everyone, new here. I am 30 y/o from Jacksonville, FL. I had my FUT procedure done 2 days ago 1700 graphs, and had a few questions for people that are more experienced than I .
First off, I received my post-op instructions on taking care of my head, they are vague to say the least.. I have done a lot of research on the web over the past couple of days off from work, so I now have a good idea of how to maintain everything. My question about today, I had a loose fitting hat and a sweatband on, to reduce swelling when I went out today. I came back and found two little hairs with a little bit of blood on them, but not coming out of my head, are those probably lost graphs? Also, I am a rough sleeper, and have tried everything, I am pretty sure I rolled onto my transplanted spot last night, but didn't see any graphs on the pillow upon waking. Can anyone give me any advice to survive this long awaited 10 days!! Thanks!

You might want to try to use one of those neck pillows you use on planes and make sure you prop yourself up as high a possible, both to minimize swelling and to protect your grafts. You should also avoid anything very tight around the area like sweat bands etc for at least a week. After about 5-7 days the grafts should be set so if you see hair with crusts etc, I would not worry about it.

I appreciate that, I will pick up one of those pillows today. Thanks for your help!

I use one of those just to watch TV in bed. I notice if I fall asleep I always wake up in the same position, on my back, and I am usually a side sleeper.
