Default Trying to achieve peace of mind...

I took finasteride for almost a year and every day I worried that it might not be strong enough to tackle my MPB. I recently switched it for dut and the peace of mind that came with it, i.e. the knowledge that I was doing everything in my power to stop the balding process, was bliss. Using dut, RU, keto shampoo and minox meant that I didn't have to constantly worry that there might be a more efficient treatment or regime out there.

Then I started seeing 'retin-a' and 'spiro' thrown around. Back to square one. What are these treatments and are they worth using?

I use Min with retain-a... From what I know it just allows the Mind to be absorbed more effectively.

retin a would just be a nice compliment to a regimin, it wouldn't do much on its own

    1) it helps with minox penetration
    2) it is a mild androgen receptor degrader (debatable)

topical spiro is like a weak RU, oral spiro is for maniacs (it blocks DHT and T internally so many bad things could come of this)

your regimen is very strong...you could add something like a sabagel (which is retin-a and an anti-inflammatory agent)...you dont really need it but it could help a little.

Cheers for the lengthy response. Where can I buy sabagel?
